The Challenge

At this hack, your only challenge is to create a brand NEW solution that saves a small business time or money. It's that simple!

What is a Small Business?

There are over 800 million small businesses and self-employed people around the globe. Intuit happily handles all of their back end accounting needs with QuickBooks, but relies on developers to build the other solutions that keep these companies in business. By connecting your app to QuickBooks using our APIs, we can serve these small businesses together.


Teams may consist of 1-4 team members. Each team member needs to be registered individually.

First Place:

$5,000 USD

If winner is a team, each Participant (up to 4 Participants) will receive the pro rata portion of the prize.

Second Place:

$500 USD

If winner is a team, each Participant (up to 4 Participants) will receive $500 USD.

Third Place:

$250 USD

If winner is a team, each Participant (up to 4 Participants) will receive $250 USD.
